    Create an API key

    Create a LinkedPulse account, add prepaid credit, and create a key in your workspace.

    Configure an HTTP call

    POST to /v1/activity-check with Bearer authentication and a JSON body containing linkedin_url.

    Map the response

    Read result.active_30d and the other result fields into your table. See the docs for the full contract.

    Apply your own logic

    For example, consider LinkedIn when active_30d is true, or review an alternate channel when it is false.

Before you start.

Is this a native Clay integration?

No. You configure an HTTP/API workflow using the LinkedPulse public API. This page describes that approach; there is no LinkedPulse app to install in Clay.

Which fields can I use in workflow logic?

Activity Check includes activity_level, active_7d, active_30d, and active_90d inside result. Activity Intelligence adds engagement_topics, engagement_summary, and outreach_signals. The API docs explain the full response.

Does a false activity flag mean I should only use email?

No. It means the analysis did not find observable activity evidence for that window. Channel selection is your decision; the branching example is one possible workflow, not a prediction of who will reply.
